Workflow Overview
Visitor Online Registration & Check-in
Registration Procedure
i. Log in to the exhibition/event landing page.
ii. Complete and Submit the Registration Form.
iii. Proceed with payment if applicable.
iv. Receive a designated digital QR code on their mobile phones.
Check-in Procedure
i. On the actual day, scan the digital QR code at a Kiosk/Counter to print the tag.
ii. To enter the venue, tap the printed tag at the entrance headcount kiosk.
iii. The organizer gains access to all visitor check-in data and generates necessary reports.
For Exhibitor
i. The Organizer updates the details of the Exhibitor in the system and obtains the designated tag link.
ii. The Organizer then sends the designated tag link to the Exhibitors for registration purpose.
iii. The Organizer gains access to all exhibitors' registration status and information.
For Visitor / Attendees
i. The organizer receives the submitted registration form.
ii. Reviews and either approves or rejects based on the visitor's profile.
iii. Upon approval, send a designated digital QR code to the visitor via email or WhatsApp.
iv. The organizer gains access to all visitors' check-in data and generates the necessary reports.
Registration Procedure
i. Exhibitors receive the designated tag link from the Organizer for registration.
ii. Complete and submit the Registration Form.
iii. The system obtains exhibitors' information for printing out the tags.
Check-in Procedure
i. On the set-up day, Exhibitors collect their tags at the counter.
ii. Organizer gain access to exhibitors' data for monitoring and updating.
